These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 3S Wireless website, products, services, hosted communications tools, and any related offerings provided by 3S Wireless (“3S Wireless,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, using our services, or participating in any 3S Wireless messaging program, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the website or services.

1. Overview

3S Wireless provides mobile enablement, MVNE, MVNA/Aggregator, MVNO, connectivity, hosted telecom, device management, billing-related, and other communications-related services. These Terms apply to your use of our website and any services we make available directly or indirectly through customer, partner, or reseller relationships.

Additional service orders, partner agreements, or customer contracts may also apply. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a separately signed agreement, the signed agreement will control for that service relationship.

2. Website & Service Use

You agree to use the website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the website or services in a way that could disable, damage, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with another user’s access or use.

You also agree not to attempt unauthorized access to any part of the website, systems, customer data, or related infrastructure.

If you create an account, request service access, or manage services through a portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities occurring under your account.

These SMS Messaging Terms apply to any SMS or MMS messages sent by or on behalf of 3S Wireless, including marketing messages, service notifications, support updates, billing alerts, provisioning notices, operational alerts, and other communications you agree to receive.

Consent

By opting in, you consent to receive text messages from 3S Wireless at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Opt-in may occur through a website form, account workflow, keyword reply, written agreement, or other legally permitted method.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies by program, account activity, and service relationship. Marketing messages may be periodic. Transactional and service-related messages may be sent as needed.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. 3S Wireless is not responsible for carrier charges associated with SMS or MMS delivery.

Important SMS Disclosures

  • Opt-out requests are processed as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt.
  • Opting out of marketing messages does not necessarily stop transactional, security, billing, or service-related messages tied to an active account or requested service.
  • Your use of SMS programs is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use 3S Wireless services, platforms, or messaging capabilities for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, deceptive, spam-related, or unauthorized purposes, including phishing, unlawful marketing, or any activity that violates applicable carrier requirements, TCPA obligations, privacy laws, or messaging industry rules.

If you are a partner, reseller, or customer using 3S Wireless infrastructure to message end users, you are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent, honoring opt-outs, and complying with applicable legal and carrier requirements.

6. Intellectual Property

The 3S Wireless website, branding, logos, content, design, and related materials are owned by 3S Wireless or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as otherwise expressly permitted by law.

7. Disclaimers

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, except as otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 3S Wireless disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3S Wireless will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, service interruptions, or business interruption arising from or relating to your use of the website or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded, 3S Wireless’s total liability will be limited to the amount paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the three months preceding the event, unless a different limitation is set forth in a separate written agreement.
